A fun, welcoming, intimidation free Boxing class designed for all ages and fitness levels, especially beginners.

This session combines simple boxing based circuits with partner pad work, so you can learn the basics, build confidence, and get a great workout in a supportive environment. You will work through a mix of boxing drills, cardio stations, and strength based exercises, with the chance to partner up and practice punches on pads.

No experience needed and no pressure. Just a friendly class where you can move, learn, and enjoy training together.
